The High King Lives

The Danger of Idolizing Celebrity Preachers July 24, 2015

“Not many [of you] should become teachers ([a]self-constituted censors and reprovers of others), my brethren, for you know that we [teachers] will be judged by a higher standard and with greater severity [than other people; thus we assume the greater accountability and the more condemnation].”

James 3:1 Amp Version

“God still speaks through rocks and donkeys.” ~Paul Washer (Amen bro!)

I like to watch preaching but I’ve learned the hard way not to idolize preachers…just as I learned not to idolize “experts” in any field. Humans make mistakes. I may go to a doctor to consult about my health but that doesn’t mean that I should trust a doctor blindly. Preachers and pastors have a great calling to guide God’s people, but they are still human, and every follower of Christ has the same Holy Spirit. We all have access to God’s Word. And ultimately when we stand before God in Heaven we will take account for ourselves. “But the preacher said this…” won’t cut it. Do you know Jesus personally? That’s what matters. You won’t get to Heaven riding on someone’s coat tails.

I say this as a fellow student and a fellow traveler in life. We should test the spirits. We should search the scriptures for ourselves.

Paul speaks of the Bereans

“11 Now these [Jews] were better disposed and more noble than those in Thessalonica, for they were entirely ready and accepted and welcomed the message [[a]concerning the attainment through Christ of eternal salvation in the kingdom of God] with inclination of mind and eagerness, searching and examining the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so.” Acts 17:11 AMP

Now to bring balance, sometimes we won’t like a sermon because it doesn’t tickle our ears and our flesh hates it. We feel conviction and maybe we are fighting it. How do we know the difference? Well, what are we using as our standard? God’s Word in context? or our emotions and experiences? In the end it does not matter what we have experienced, what we feel, or what our culture says….all that matters is what God says. God’s truth will often bring conviction. It will bring the fruit of the Spirit. But if a sermon brings condemnation, pride, fear, or other ungodly attitudes then it is not of the Spirit.

Sometimes preachers give messages in the flesh. Again, they are human. I saw this in my Dad. He was a former drug dealer that turned preacher. I could tell when my Dad was preaching from pride and his flesh. I could also tell when my Dad was humble and it was God’s Spirit speaking through Him. I struggled to listen to his sermons done in pride. But when he spoke with humility, my heart opened.

Things to question when you hear a message

  • Does the Bible (in context) support this?
  • Does the speaker display Christ-like behavior?
  • Does it edify the body of Christ?
  • Does it make sense?

I pray that you will be strong in these last days. These are deceptive times. I try to teach Michael to read the Bible himself and not idolize me or his dad. I tell him that we are human and we will fail him at times, but Jesus is the perfect friend. The Heavenly Father is the perfect parent. God’s Word is perfect guidance (read in context). I hope to share helpful info on how to read the Bible, soon. I’m working on it.

I pray that you, dear one, won’t idolize me or any other blogger. We may look put together on the outside but I assure you that every one of us are just as human as you. We struggle with sin just as much. We are desperately hanging on to Jesus to help us through this mess of a world. The thought of someone putting me on a pedestal scares me. I don’t want that.

Anywho, so when you meet teachers, preachers, pastors, and any leaders in the church…remember they are human. They need friends. They need accountability. They need guidance. They need love. They bleed. They cry. They need prayer. Even the ones that are really off theologically. Even the corrupt ones. God’s grace is available to all. Any one can be changed by God if they repent. Don’t idolize them. Please pray for them. They’ve taken on a scary task.

God bless & remember the High King lives! ~Amber Dover

Chester Talks to the Birds July 16, 2015

Hello dear ones! I’ve been neglectful of our fur family when it comes to blogging. Let’s fix that. I’ve introduced Chester, our slightly evil cat, before. Winchester is his full name. My hubby Chris put this video of Chester on his youtube channel. This is Chester talking to the birds. He only makes this chirping sound when he’s watching birds. I’ve never seen a cat do this before. It cracks us up!

When Chester isn’t being evil he is sleeping or eating….usually eating my food. If I leave my cereal out for a minute, he will jump on the counter and eat it. Chester doesn’t discriminate. No food is safe from his vicious appetite. He will eat cookies. He will drink hot tea. He will steal your supper. Beware!

IMG_2573

Chester has for the most part left the baby alone. But lately the baby’s wiggly arms have tempted him. We found Chester swatting through the crib the other day. Thankfully he is declawed. So now Chester has to sleep in Michael’s room at night.

Remember, Chester is watching you! Always watching… 😛

Trials, the Goodness of God, and My Will March 13, 2014

” A man’s mind plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps and makes them sure.” ~Proverbs 16:9 Amplified Bible  (Articles and a video that have spoken to me)

Hello dear ones! J.S. wrote the article that I wanted to write after my wreck. I just didn’t have the words to do it. Please check it out: http://jsparkblog.com/2014/03/12/question-does-everything-happen-for-a-reason/ .

I do not believe that God causes someone to get raped, unborn children to be murdered, or all natural disasters. I do believe that God is all knowing and He is sovereign. I believe that He knows the world is fallen and sinful and he works what is to bring about his purposes. I believe because he is omniscient and all powerful, God can work anything to fit in His plan. I can’t believe that God caused my wreck to teach me a lesson or that He cursed my Dad with sickness to teach Him humility. That would go against God’s character of being good and loving. Now, I do believe that God allowed these things and then He used the circumstances to teach. Some people believe that God allowing something and causing it are the same thing. After all, God could stop the madness if He wanted. Let me give you something to think about.

Your, kid falls on the sidewalk and scrapes their knee. Maybe they were running too fast or maybe it was just an accident because those happen in life. You were near them. You could’ve grabbed them but you let them fall. Did you cause them to scrape their knee? Or did you just allow it to happen? Did you physically push them so they would learn not to run on the pavement? Or did you let them learn from their own mistakes? So you didn’t catch your kid and they accidentally fell of no mistake of their own. You pick your kid up, wash their wounds, and put on a band-aid. You give them a big hug and tell them to be careful next time. Should your kid hate you because you didn’t stop them from falling? Are you a bad parent because you let your child fall? It’s something to think about.

The issue of why God allows evil and how God can be sovereign is something that all people struggle with.  I encourage you to check out the articles below about evil and God’s sovereignty. They really are food for thought. I encourage you to post your questions to those who wrote the articles, not me, because I’m working through my own questions. I believe it also talks about verses in the Bible that seem to contradict one another, like Pharaoh hardening his heart but then it saying God hardened Pharaoh’s heart. I know you can find it on one of those sites.

God does warn us in His word, that there will be trials. This world is broken and life is hard. It’s still reeling from the curse caused by sin. One day God will fix things. We don’t know when or why He hasn’t already. But I will say this: I’m glad that God didn’t destroy all the wicked already because there is evil in everyone and I know none of us would have a chance to be born. I’m thankful that Christ hasn’t raptured the Christians yet, because there are still people who need to be saved. I believe God has allowed evil to continue because He’s merciful. To eradicate evil would mean cutting short the time of Salvation. I’m glad that I haven’t gotten what I deserve….because my low standard of righteousness (filthy rags to be exact) does not stand up to God’s high standards. I’m glad I’m not getting Hell. I’m glad God isn’t shutting me out of His presence, because He’s my best friend.  Anywho, back to trials. Below is a great Francis Chan video about trials. It really helped me.

Our will :This article is about children but it also broaches the subject of our will vs. God’s will. The Lord knows that I struggle with control & wanting to say what my will is.  Thank the Lord for His mercy.

http://getalonghome.com/2014/02/intentionally-childless-missionaries/

So dear ones, we are on this journey together. None of us will ever completely understand things. We have finite brains. But I do hope that we can all trust that God is good and He loves us. Father God showed that when He sent Jesus to pay the ultimate price by His shed blood.  I love ya and I’m praying for you.

I ask that you pray for me. Some of you may know, but I believe God has called me to go to Belize with my church. I’m still waiting on my passport and raising money but it’s pretty much in the works. I’ll be working with the children’s ministry. Here’s the site with more info about what we’ll be doing:

http://www.iservants.com/site/c.ahJJKZMHJiL2H/b.8049653/k.2B90/International_Servants__Belize_Mission.htm

I doubt I would have given this trip a second glance had I not had the wreck. God did use the wreck to teach me and to change my views. I wrestled with God ALOT about this trip. As a teen I would’ve loved to go. In fact, I tried going on missions trips but it never worked out. As a kid I was a “missionary” for career day. But now I am a mommy and wife. I’ve been content to stay home. So it sounded crazy this conviction and idea that kept hitting me in the face. It was painful to avoid it and I was amazed that I was able to get involved so easily. All the other times had been difficult.

My mother in law volunteered (before I decided to go) to keep Michael for a week in the Summer. It is very hard for me to be away from my lil one for that long. But God has worked out everything for me to go. Michael is almost 8 and it’ll be good for us to have space. That’s another hard change.

Because of this trip I’m able to be more involved with our new church. Michael and I enjoyed helping feed the homeless last month and hope to do it this month too. Honestly, I have missed doing hands on ministry like what I did as a teen.

So I can say that God took the bad situation of a very traumatic wreck and worked it out for my good. 1. We physically survived with minimal injuries. 2. We were able to get another vehicle, a blue pt cruiser that I really like. 3. My views on what is important in life have changed and I’ve become open to God flipping my world upside down.

Now, number three isn’t easy. I’m still reeling but…I know I’m going to see the fruit someday. I’m very uncomfortable with my life these days but maybe that’s a good thing. Maybe I was too comfortable. Thank you for your prayers!

God bless & remember the High King lives! ~Amber Dover

Happy Father’s Day! June 16, 2013

Enjoy these 3  Father’s day vids. Two are hilarious and one heart warming. Happy Father’s day and remember to honor the Heavenly Father! Remember email sub. to come to my blog to see the links.

Yo Daddy Battle~ Rhett and Link

Dad Life 2010

Courageous Final Scene

Well, me and my fellas are heading to see Man of Steel (Super Man) for Father’s Day. I pre-bought the tickets and put it in Chris’ card. There ain’t no super man that compares to a good father…ultimately the Heavenly Father but it’s true for humans too.  A loving and wise father is the manliest of men and a hero in my book.  Note to the fellas: ladies love a man like that. Even if you’re not a Dad you can still protect the innocent, defend a lady’s honor, and stand for truth.  James Bond can take a hike.  Tell a “real man” thank you today…whether Father, husband, brother, uncle, or friend.

God bless  remember the High King lives! ~Amber Dover

PS: I miss you Daddy. Enjoy your Father’s day with the best dad ever and tell Moses, Job, and Paul I said hello. Love always your rug head/ honey bear.

My Family Rocks! Sunday: Les Mis’ Date Night June 9, 2013

In this Post: “Les Miserables” Date Night (ha! the name of the movie, not the quality  of the date lol), Chester’s recovering from getting declawed, VBS, & Michael learns how to play Rummy.

Hello dear ones! Well, it’s been an interesting week. Chester got declawed Monday. More on that later. Let’s start on a happy note. Michael had VBS most of last week so Chris and I had plenty of time alone. One night we rented “Les Miserables” 2012 version aka Les Mis’ (much easier to say). *Note: Date details after movie details ;). We saw the movie in the theater and for the most part loved it except a couple of scenes (namely with the innkeeper and his wife….eww…such perverts). The good thing about DVD is that you can skip through bad scenes. Les Mis’ is definitely not a kids movie. I do like how it tells a story of God’s grace and the end is EPIC. People clapped in the theater. I think I cried.

PinnochioPrincessFrog 027

If you want to know what I’m talking about (you should really watch the movie first), go to Youtube and search “Les Mis do you hear the people sing finale”.

I get chills every time I hear the song. Here’s what Wikipedia says about the book the movie is based on:

Beginning in 1815 and culminating in the 1832 June Rebellion in Paris, the novel follows the lives and interactions of several characters, focusing on the struggles of ex-convict Jean Valjean and his experience of redemption.[1]

I haven’t seen any other adaptations but Hugh Jackman was amazing in this movie. He represented God’s grace while Russell Crowe (playing Javert) represented legalism. I think all of the actors and actresses sang really well. Like I said…it was epic.

Lyrics from “Do You Hear the People Sing”

Enjolras: Do you hear the people sing? Singing the song of angry men? It is the music of the people Who will not be slaves again! When the beating of your heart Echoes the beating of the drums There is a life about to start When tomorrow comes!
Combeferre: Will you join in our crusade? Who will be strong and stand with me? Beyond the barricade Is there a world you long to see?
Courfeyrac: Then join in the fight That will give you the right to be free!”

PinnochioPrincessFrog 028
The EATS
I didn’t have time to make an invitation etc but I did buy some “French” food.
Menu:
  • Soft Cheese from France
  • grapes
  • roasted duck (pre-made just had to be warmed)
  • frog legs
  • French Bread
  • a box of chocolates

PinnochioPrincessFrog 031

So I found the frog legs at Piggly Wiggly. Chris fried them. He did everything right and they sort of tasted like fried fish. But Chris said it didn’t taste like what he remembered. I had never had frog legs before and I think the very thought of eating a frog made it hard for me to chew. If someone had told me it was fish then I think I could’ve enjoyed it.

PinnochioPrincessFrog 030

I had never had duck before either. I was in a hurry so I got the pre-made stuff (all I could find anyways) at Publix. The orange sauce smelled like Pinesol to me. I think the meat would’ve been just fine had I left the sauce off. So despite disliking the meat, we did fill up on French bread dipped in melted butter with soft cheese spread on top. I wasn’t sure I’d like the cheese but I think I’m addicted now. Chocolates are always right and yes I ate most of them.

Kingdom Chronicles VBS

0602131732

Michael went to VBS at another Baptist church since they were doing their’s at night. I really liked the theme. Michael learned about the armor of God in a medieval setting. He showed me how to juggle scarves one day. Here’s a pic of the awesome castle set.

Michael learns to play Rummy.

PinnochioPrincessFrog 101

It was such a pleasure to finally be able to teach lil man how to play a “real” card game. “Go Fish” gets boring after awhile. Once he’s mastered Rummy maybe we will go to Mexican Rummy and even Canasta. I was taught card games at an early age and played with both sides of my family. It was such a joy playing Mexican Rummy with my Mom, Granny, Sister, and Aunts.

Canasta was serious at my Dad’s with my Mema and Uncle. It’s such a game of strategy and I think before my Dad became a minister he would gamble with friends. Once Dad got so upset he threw his cards across the table. It’s humorous looking back. The “Way” family never was much for losing. But the “Frye” side (my Mom’s side) always talks trash. I don’t know how many times my Sister and I have threatened each other over cards…though we are sweet as pie any other time. As long as no one takes remarks too seriously then “All is fair in love, war, and _____”(insert any card name in the blank lol). Yes, I taught Michael that phrase. I have to pass down my Daddy’s ummm wisdom. 😉

Winchester  AKA “Chester” gets declawed

PinnochioPrincessFrog 099

I know there is much debate about declawing cats. I’m not opening comments up for that debate. I just wanted to share our personal experience and some of you may be interested in Chester personally since I often talk about our pets on here. They are very much apart of the family.

You may remember that Chester, our black male kitty, has a rage issue and is bipolar. Many things I can put up with….jumping on counters, stealing food, and even scratching the furniture…but scratching my child and then scratching me from my arm to my foot is unacceptable. Chester can be very sweet but he also has an inner tiger/monster. Chris calls him the devil cat. I don’t want any of us to get cat scratch fever and I didn’t want to get rid of Chester. We’ve had him since he was a kitten and I’m pretty sure no one would adopt an aggressive male cat.  So declawing seemed the only option and it wasn’t something we had planned for or budgeted for. We just had to.

Our vet uses laser surgery which is supposed to be more humane and less painful. I think it started that way. You can see from these pics that Chester was doing well. His paws looked fine (compared to pics of other types of declawing). He wasn’t bleeding…no stiches because he was lasered. He was a bit sore but still moving around good.

PinnochioPrincessFrog 041

But then…

He started biting his skin and fur out. Now I think he’s infected or just sore from biting himself. So we had to bring out the cone of shame that he used after he got fixed. We’ve also been helping him to the litter box (now filled with newspaper…loving the smell ugg). Chris washes the kitty’s paws with alcohol and puts Neosporin on the sores. We tried putting sock mittens on his paws so they wouldn’t bleed everywhere and get dirty but he acted like he couldn’t walk with them on. He’s spent all week laying with us on the couch or bed.

The Kitty prefers Chris’ chest as his bed.

PinnochioPrincessFrog 100

I was thinking he was hopeless until just now when he got out of his “socks/mittens” and stole half my cheeseburger off the table.  So we will be contacting the vet probably tomorrow and seeing if they can give the kitty something for pain and check if he has an infection. I hope they don’t charge us since no one said anything about him biting his skin out. We were told that most cats play with their paws right after the laser surgery and are just happy. Mom thinks Chester is searching for his claws…now do I feel guilty.

Good news is that Chester will definitely be with us forever no matter what he does. I am thankful that he can’t attack our face with his claws. I’ll keep you updated on his health. I think the cone of shame will give his paws a chance to heal and hopefully he won’t have the urge to bite them anymore. I really hate having to put that thing on the kitty but it’s for his own good. Meanwhile, Chester is getting lots of treats and affection. In fact, he’s gotten away with a lot too lol.

Oh, please pray for our mouse. Cinderella’s OCD is so bad that she picks herself (reminds me of myself). I found this is common in mice. She overgrooms. Her smell is horrible and that’s weird for a female mouse. She’s so nervous when we hold her that we haven’t in awhile. I put things in her cage for her to play with but she ignores them. At least she plays on her wheel at night. I put medicine on her wounds but she reopens them. I’d give her a new playmate (Snowwhite died) but I’m afraid she’d pick them and the smell would be too unbearable. I’m thinking of getting a baby sock and making her a sweater to keep her from picking her back. I’ll let you know if it works.

PinnochioPrincessFrog 005Tessa (dog) and Snowball (guinea pig) are just fine. Tessa just needs a Summer shave and the “pig” is sick of carrots and keeps chattering at us. So that’s it for another look into life at the crazy farm.

God bless & remember the High King lives!

My Family Rocks! Sunday: Redneck Drive-in, Repentance Corner, & Summer Fashion May 26, 2013

Hello dear ones! I hope you’ve enjoyed your weekend and for many of you, your holiday. Thank you to those who have served our country. Happy Memorial day! First, I want to show off my big red hat. It reminds me of  Theodora’s hat in Oz, the Great and Powerful. Now, moving on.

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 119

One thing I miss about my small hometown is the drive-in. We have one of the few drive-ins in Georgia. I saw many movies in the back of a pick up; either swatting mosquitoes in the Summer or covering with a blanket in the Winter. My favorite memory was seeing Jurassic Park 2 with my Dad. It was raining in the movie and the dinosaurs were about to jump out when it began raining at the Drive-In. We were inside my Dad’s small truck and it literally felt like we were in the movie. I was just waiting for a velociraptor to jump at the window.

When we go home we often visit the drive-in. I’ve noticed that the movie quality isn’t that great but the nostalgia is still there. The pizza still tastes like cardboard but there’s something fun about seeing the moon above the big screen. I want that feeling in my own yard. We don’t have a projector yet but I rigged up a redneck “drive-in” on our trampoline (minus the car). Chris was gracious enough to drag his dresser and our flat screen outside.

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 020

I tied a tarp to whatever I could to make the tent and I added camo netting to the back to keep out mosquitoes that way. I lit a big citronella candle for the front. It’s not quite stable so I put our dinner in a basket. I put Chris’ lemonade in a mason jar with a cupcake liner on top to keep out bugs. Just add a straw and it’s down right ritzy! 🙂 Yeah, you can see how the organic thing is going…lol.

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 016

Several weeks ago, I shared with you a parenting book. This week I have a few links to share and an idea that I believe to be a God thing.  The people who wrote “The Christian Parenting Handbook” have a website:

http://www.biblicalparenting.org

There are several good articles on there about dealing with specific behavior. I found the  article below to be very helpful. It’s titled “Taking a Break: A technique for Addressing the Heart.”

http://www.biblicalparenting.org/pr-tip5.asp

Taking a break is not the same as time out and it focuses on repentance. We’ve been using this technique lately and have  used it here and there in the past. When Michael misbehaves I try to let him cool down after he’s disciplined. Then we talk about why he got in trouble and we take time to pray that he’ll do better next time. It’s very important that he knows our approval and love isn’t based on his behavior. I often tell him that we love him no matter what he does. I also want him to know that bad behavior not only hurts him but also others. There are natural consequences. Chris and I aren’t perfect parents by far. We try and God gives grace.  Anywho, I decided to take this technique to the next level. Hence, Repentance Corner.

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 023

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 024

Sometimes my son believes Satan’s lies just as I do at times. He will repeat things like “I can’t change”. Usually, I go into a long spill about how he can do better next time with God’s strength etc. I’m learning that I need to cut down the dialogue.  So I got this idea to write verses on index cards so Michael can read about the truth when he’s in the corner.

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 026

For example, lying seems to be a big issue at this age. If I catch Michael in a lie he will usually get something taken away or miss out on family fun. He sits in the repentance corner and reads the verses about lying. Then he thinks about them and when he’s ready to change his attitude he will move to the next step. Below is the anger card.

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 027

The next step is prayer. Michael is a Christian and he knows how to pray on his own but sometimes he doesn’t know how to put his feelings into words. So on the back of the cards I put a sample prayer that he can use or get inspiration from. This is where the repentance and heart change comes in. The Bible is clear that we need God’s help to change.

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 028So I don’t expect to see change overnight but I’m believing for long term results. The Bible says God’s word never comes back void. So I know something good will come from this. There are cards that address faith issues too and these aren’t for discipline but rather comfort. I’m sure I will use them too. For example, there are cards dealing with self esteem and fear.

So I’ve been having fun watching hair and makeup tutorials on youtube. They’re actually quite calming.  I want to share a few ideas with you :).

  • Modest Bathing Suit

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 049       So you probably can’t tell that I’m wearing a bathing suit in the pic above. It looks like a sundress but really it is my old bathing suit. The skirt part covers me but if I sit the wrong way it is inappropriate. I’ve worn long silky pants with it before but I looked ridiculous. I thought about cutting them into shorts when I found these black silky shorts. The material goes perfect with the suit.  The shorts came with my bumble bee costume from Fall Festival. Then so I could wear it out and about as a dress I just added a white shrug. At the time this was the only black “summer dress” I had. You can see from my first picture that I eventually got a new black dress to where with my red hat. Anywho, I can wear this out and about or I can swim in it without the shrug. The shorts keep people from seeing too much. Modest is hottest, right ;).

  • Taylor Swift inspired makeup

So you can’t see it very well but my eye bags are way too unsightly for a close up. I got this look from…

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 050

https://www.youtube.com/user/BringBringBeep

This chic has several hair and makeup tutorials. She has an either Australian or British accent and it’s fun to listen to. Her attitude cracks me up. I will probably try more of her tutorials and let you know how they go :).

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 052

  • Vintage Look~ Don’t laugh. I haven’t perfected this look yet. If I believed in channeling I’d be channeling Lucille Ball here.  I don’t have the right scarf for this and the SpongeBob pjs make me look like Olive Oyl from Popeye. The victory curls were tricky. My hair is so long so the curls are extra poofy. We shall call this attempt one…actually two. I didn’t take pictures of the first attempt. 😉

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 053Here’s an “I Love Lucy” quote for the heck of it:

ETHEL: Do you think they could make a glamour girl out of me?

LUCY: Sure, it says right here “We work miracles.”

More quotes here: http://starrynightsdiva.hubpages.com/hub/Famous-I-Love-Lucy-Quotes

I found the vintage hair tutorial on Pinterest. Here’s the link:

http://getwiththe40s.tumblr.com/post/42933152429/its-my-favorite-day-of-the-week-tutorial

  • So I got this black dress at JC Pennies. I believe it was on sale. The red belt goes great with my hat. I really like my hat… I played around with exposure settings to make this pic look kewl and for my pasty whiteness to look porcelain. Ha! Nah, seriously don’t tell me to get a tan. I’m actually quite comfortable in my skin. I prefer to stay far away from cancer causing tanning beds.

Jenn's Visit 2013 Tea party 121

This chic does wonders with makeup. I’ve yet to try her tutorials. She goes kind of quick. Her makeup is so flawless it honestly looks photoshopped. The before and after shots are encouraging. I like seeing people without their makeup. It gives me hope lol.

Well, that’s all the fashion I have for you today. Do you have any favorite Youtube fashion tutorials? Please do share.

Here’s a sneak peek of next Sunday (Lord Willing). My sister flew in this weekend and we had a tea party with my Mom. I got to wear another hat and it went well with my other JC Pennies dress. Michael is sporting his new Duck Dynasty shirt with “Uncle Si” on it. I started a trend lol.
