Question: I Am Anxiously Anxious About Being Anxious

Enjoy this reblog by J.S., folks. If it doesn’t show up in email then please come to my page to see it. I struggle with anxiety big time. I think worry is a common sin of our day. The world appears to be on meltdown. If we focus on the craziness then we ourselves get a bit loopy. It’s hard enough worrying about real threats…even worse when we worry about the imagined. I constantly deal with these imagined threats or ideas that I’m unloved. Not so much by strangers but those closest to me. I don’t know when the anxious feelings will go away but I’m trying to walk in faith that God loves me & he’s enough. Those close to me love me too. We just don’t always agree and that’s okay. I’ve got to learn to handle others displeasure because we can never please everyone. My heart goes out to all of you that struggle with anxiety. It’s no way to live.
